Google ad code can't show full guidance

In Kaspersky Internet Firewall, there is an anti-banner. Advertising, my computer can't display GOOGLE ads, not that I didn't put the code well, it's not my system problem, just being intercepted, just remove the hook before the anti-baner advertisement, then OK, try it.

Account not started

To activate your account and start running ads, you'll need to successfully enter valid billing information. If you use a credit card or other postpay option, your account will be activated after you submit your billing information. Depending on when the selected payment method is processed, your ads will begin showing and accruing costs as soon as they are processed. If you use bank transfer or another form of prepay, it may take 8-10 days or more after we submit your billing information for the first time to receive and process the payment, and then start running your ads.

Ad review status

All ads are subject to our editorial guidelines and advertising policies. Some ads may have been served on Google prior to review, while others may have to be reviewed by an AdWords Specialist to serve. If your ad is awaiting review, we will process it as soon as possible. As your ads are awaiting review, you can review our advertising guidelines to make sure your ads are eligible. Also, keep in mind that ads can only be shown on the Google Network after they have been reviewed.

Ad placement

Keyword-targeted ads typically appear to the right or above Google search results. If your ad isn’t ranked enough for a particular keyword to be listed on the first page of search results, it may appear on subsequent search results pages. To view other ad pages, click "Next" at the bottom of the page, or click "More Sponsored Links" below the ad bar.
If you want to show your ads more often on the first page or near the first page, you can increase your ad position by optimizing your campaign or raising your bid: keyword-targeted campaigns use cost-per-click ( CPC) bid; site-targeted campaigns use cost-per-thousand impressions (CPM) bids.

Server delay

There may be a short delay after you create your ad and before you actually show it. Sometimes our servers may need more time than usual to upload and prepare to serve your ads. Please check back in a few hours to see if your ad is showing.
I have seen my advertisement before, but I have never seen it before.

Daily budget

If your daily budget is lower than the recommended amount, the AdWords system may reduce or even stop showing ads on the day to keep costs within your daily budget. Depending on the delivery options you set, your ads may run evenly throughout the day, or they may stop running soon after reaching your daily budget. To maximize your ads, consider changing your daily budget to the recommended amount.

Disapproved ad

If the ad doesn't meet the editorial guidelines, we'll stop your ad from running, in which case you'll see the disapproved text below it. You can also use the Disapproved Ads tool to easily find disapproved ads in your account. If this is the case, please make the necessary changes and save your changes, and the system will automatically resubmit the ad for review.

Keyword effect

    If you're running a keyword-targeted campaign but your keywords aren't performing well, this keyword may become inactive and stop showing ads on the Search Network. If a keyword is too broad and therefore does not perform well, it usually becomes an invalid keyword. Your ad may also show due to low keyword quality scores and only when you query for variations of some broad match or phrase match keywords. The best way to monitor your keyword performance is to check the keyword status column on the "Keywords" tab of your ad group details page.
